Automated?

[edit]

Why can't this process be automated? --Chuck Smith

I'd much rather people look over them to make sure they're actually pointing to the right topic. (That, and these kinds of manual page binges are an excellent opportunity to check for typos, formatting issues, and things that can be easily improved while you're there.) --Brion 00:06 Oct 6, 2002 (UTC)

Redirects being made

[edit]
I am currently making redirects to all the days of the year so we dont have thousands of broken links accross wikipedia, i figure 365 edits are easier than a couple of thousands.. this is a temporary fix, links should be fixed, but this buys us a little time Lightning 01:27 Oct 8, 2002 (UTC)
January, February, March, April, May, and June all have redirects, August links are fixed ONLY in the english wikipedia (I know because I fixed them), however redirects could help too, unless the other languages are also fixed. -- Lightning 04:36 Oct 8, 2002 (UTC)
The German articles also have the same inorrect capitalization. --mav
Thats what the redirects are for... much easier than going around editing 365 pages for every language... however like I said before, they should be fixed, but it's not a priority since it works fine this way. Lightning 03:09 Oct 8, 2002 (UTC)
