Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!

Here are some tips to help you get started:

Good luck!

[[User:Meelar|Meelar (talk)]]

P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).

Thanks for succ box

[edit]

Thanks for your succession boxes adding to Sforza characters. However, there were lords of Pesaro before them... who were they? Well, that's another matter! Bye and good work. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Attilios (talkcontribs) 12:00, 18 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

  • Beware!! ALL significative Malatestas have an article in Wikipedia, usually written by myself (see Category:House of Malatesta)!! You'll astonished by the level of detail of Wikipedia in some fields, while other are neglected (check history of Italy to have an idea... I'm leaving it for free time after my graduation). I surfed that site and it's very useful, thanks. I think, having time, we'll be able to add also seigniories infoboxes. Bye and good work. --Attilios 19:32, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that last comment and deletion to your page, I thought I was adding a private comment to you then quickly realized my mistake and felt like I was cluttering and intruding, so I quickly deleted it. Still very new at this format of communication! lol And yes, I did find your profile though the page in The Inklings :)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Hitchin badge.JPG

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Hitchin badge.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 23:49, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
