Release date

[edit]

When was Pictionary first released? Has it always been under the Hasbro brand name?

What does swansong mean? I did not find this word in the dictionary.com website or in my MS Bookshelf Dictionary. TIA

Trademark

[edit]

Is the name Pictionary trademarked by anyone? Is the game made by a specific company, or is it just a common parlor game played with a pad of paper? The previous comment mentions Hasbro, but there's no mention of any of this in the article. It should probably be there. --Aquillion 15:31, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sand timer

[edit]

Did all the editions include a sand timer? 71.63.87.202 (talk) 05:24, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cultural References section for "Big Bang Theory" (3x13 The Bozeman Reaction)? - or too nit-picky?

[edit]

(Sheldon drawing a ridiculously complicated picture for "Higgs Boson Particle": "I could not have made this easier. Hydrogen atom, H, plus pigs minus P. Higgs. Bow, General Zod trapped in the Phantom Zone. Bow-zone. Pear. Tickle. Pear-tickle. Higgs Boson Particle. How *could* you not get that?" (Leonard) "He’s right, Penny. It’s all there..."

The "Sloth playing Pictionary" GEICO advertisement also comes to mind as "maybe the only reference to Pictionary that a lot of people have ever had.." (ca. 2020 BC; Before-Corona at least - it might have picked up in popularity since then) Jimw338 (talk) 15:30, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
