I don't think so...

[edit]

It said the name of the episode, Hooked On Onix (Hooked On Onyx) was a parody of the title of the SatAM episode, Hooked On Sonics. Both of these episodes were taken off the phrase "Hooked On Phonics." I took the part out all together.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by XD375 (talkcontribs) .

Rough Wording

[edit]

Does anyone else have a problem with this sentence in the article?

"Except, if you train him with all your heart, he will pwn all opposition, and use the pokemon attack 'body slam' to flatten his opponents, even Snorlax, the fattest of them all."

It just seems kind of informal, what with the use of the slang term "pwn," as well as "fattest of them all." If the sentence must be kept in the article, at least change 'pwn' to beat, or best, and rephrase "fattest of them all" to "even the giant Snorlax." I would change it myself, but I think there is enough uncertainty to allow others to evaluate it as well and find the best solution.

I find the preceding paragraph about its weaknesses to be acceptable, but this sentence does not seem to be helpful at all. --Empowered 05:54, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That wasn't a good sentence to begin with; actually, statistical analysis reveals that the only thing about Onix that is battle-worthy is its defense stat; all the other stats are below average. They only improve a good deal with evolution into the superior Steelix. Aside from that, info like that isn't really Wikiworthy info because it's not backed up properly. Thanks for pointing it out. :) Erik the Appreciator 06:03, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone Else Notice...

that it has references to penises all over in the article? it talks about his "rocky member" throughout the whole discription. The Umbrella Corporation 06:35, 6 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
